TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With your payment to Domaine Le Bost you confirm with the general conditions below.

1. Reservations
You can make your reservation by phone, through internet or in writing.
This reservation is final after receiving 50% of the total rent within two weeks from the date of reservation.
The remainder of the rent and breakage deposit has to be paid at least 6 weeks before the date of arrival. When booking within 6 weeks before arrival, the total rent and breakage deposit have to be paid in full.
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, we will make the charges pointed out in 2.

2. Cancellations
However regrettable, it can happen that, by unforeseen circumstances, you have to cancel your trip to France. Therefore we strongly recommand to take out an adequate holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover.
This prevents unexpected costs when it’s sad enough that your stay with us has te be cancelled.

Ø Cancellations have to be made in writing. After reception a conformation will be sent to you.
Ø Cancellations up to 6 weeks of the rental period will be charged with 50% of the total costs.
Ø Cancellations within 6 weeks from the rental period will be charged in full.

3. Responsibility tenant and breakage deposit.
Ø During the stay the tenant is fully responsible for the rented cottage, everything in it, and all that belongs to the rented. Damage caused by the tenants or his guests is to be paid to the owners.
Ø The breakage deposit is € 200 per cottage, this is to be paid together with the final payment and shall be refunded to you within 3 weeks after your departure, after deduction of any damage to goods or furniture..

4. Responsibility owners
Domaine Le Bost and its landlords cannot be held responsible for losses, theft, damage or injuries of any kind caused or endured by the tenants or their guests. This includes wrong use of the pool.

5. Maximum amount of persons, guests and pets
Ø Your party should not exceed the capacity of the rented cottage.
Ø Guests have to be anounced to the owners.
Ø Pets are, after consultation with the owners, almost always allowed.

6. Arrival
You have paid for your accommodation including final cleaning, bed linen, towels for the kitchen, electricity, gas for cooking, water and use of the swimming pool. The rental period starts at 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival. The accommodation is presented to you clean and tidy.

7. Departure
On the day of your departure you must have left your accommodation at 10.00 hours. Your accommodation must be left in an ordely manner, floor wiped, dishes done, garbage disposed of (glass and plastic sorted) and the bed linen collected and placed at the front door. When the accommodation is not left properly, additionel claening or repair costs will be charged.

If you like to spend some more time on the Domaine on the day of your departure you are more than welcome.
